Artifact A

After brazing copper as an industrial trades worker I was taught to “clean it up” and remove the fiery byproducts of the high heat torch. I chose instead with Artifact A to highlight those sunset like burning colors and flow of the bronze brazing. Carefully polished and sealed this vessel is a bridge of civilizations at once striking the viewer as ancient yet designed for contemporary living.
